Frequently Asked Questions
Our current contractor installed the roof. Can you still take over maintenance?
Yes. We maintain ETFE systems from all manufacturers and installers. Installation records are useful but not required — our baseline survey captures the roof’s current condition and specification.
Will there be a gap in our cover?
No. We align our start date with the end of your existing arrangement, and can provide emergency call-out cover immediately while the handover completes.
Can you take over partway through a maintenance year?
Yes. We’ll pick up your existing schedule from wherever it stands and pro-rate accordingly.
What do you need from us?
Ideally your current maintenance schedule and any inspection reports — but if all you have is the building’s address, that’s enough to start.
