How often should an ETFE roof be inspected?

We recommend a full inspection at least once a year, and more frequently in harsh environments — coastal or industrial locations, sites with heavy bird activity, or roofs surrounded by trees. We also recommend a check after major storms: caught early, storm damage is usually a minor repair rather than a major one.
